Poster Designs
Hi guys~ this is my first post here!! hahaha... i have a few random sketch designs for the music camp posters.. so do give some comments on the color theme, the taglines and any other improvements..
And i'll send the posters to all of our emails, so u guys can take a closer look... i'm afraid that the pics might not be clear in blogger.... =)

Meeting minutes
Program:
- scrap the recording, put in amazing race
- scrap instrument techniques
- amazing race (day 2)
Planning:
- plan for worst case scenerios
- videographers on the last day (talentime)
- mock run (early august - probably a fri after 3pm)

Update on meeting
Ok. Just for updates.
There will be a teachers' seminar held in end august and it will most likely be held in SP.
So the school is suggesting that we come out with everything finalised to be marketed to the teachers/schools that day.
Which means:
1. we need to firm up our program by mid august
2. the marketing brochures should be out by then
As for the other things, I have sent it to you guys by email. So kindly take a look:)

Things that are confirmed
I shall update the meeting minutes by this weekend as I need time to digest and plan out the milestones and other things.
But here are a few things confirmed for now. So kindly take note.
1. There will be a meeting next Monday (21.7.08) at 12pm sharp. So be there on time as our dear yr ones have another class at 1pm. The agenda for that day will be on the program for the camp. Mei Poh will be hosting the meeting. Mei Poh the time is yours! :)
2. Logistics: I need to hear from you guys today, next monday (21.7.08) and the friday (25.7.08). Just send me an email today and I will see you guys after the meeting on monday.
3. HR: I need to see things moving too. Update me on Monday.
I'll update the rest by end of the week. Let us work towards our goal together! :)

more time for briefing, less time for 1st run/walk-through
why not groups receive burned copies during lunch? they may be distracted during the first soundcheck, especially if it's a new experience.
3 hrs for rehearsal - two rehearsals?
who is doing the background display (i.e. ppt) for the talentime?
in general
- no probs with the rest of the days' programmes, just that with vera proposing a 9am-9pm programme, some aspects can afford to be lengthened, or new things introduced. so a necessity now may be to determine soon if this change is going to be made.
