Things to think about before meeting

1. how much to pay everyone (committee, helpers, trainers, etc.) such that we still earn money
2. how much campers pay
3. how many helpers and trainers are we getting
4. program of camp (we need to make it more enriching. we can put it into our amazing race and do a "learn through play" thing or really hold a class)
5. dates for camp
6. cost of camp
7. roles of everyone in the committee (tell me what you can do and will like to do)
8. camp details and focus

*those in yellow are what we have to definitely get by end of meeting. The others are just there to fill up your mind... Haas...

Just to warn you guys, I'll be serious during meetings once the year 3s are included. I can play with you guys and still work, but not with them. I need to let them know that they have to do their thing. We'll play before and after meetings ok. =)

- to KIV: how to incorporate live sound experience
